Online Application: when submitting an online application, you authorize My Best Mortgage (Canada Mortgage Choice Ltd.) to obtain a copy of your credit file from Equifax Canada or any other  agencies required to properly process your credit application. You absolve My Best Mortgage and/or Canada Mortgage Choice Ltd. or any liability related or non-related involving the application process.

11. The substantive laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein govern the interpretation and effect of this agreement.

12. My Best Mortgage may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then-current Terms and Conditions to which you are bound.
